Walt Disney World - Goat Friends

Tween YouTube Series - Tweens were starting to feel like Walt Disney World was “too childish” for them, and simply promoting thrill rides wasn’t going to change that. So we leaned into what Disney does better than anyone: characters, humor and storytelling. We created a YouTube series hosted by the Goat from the Big Thunder Mountain ride, spotlighting overlooked characters who, like tweens, wanted more attention and respect. With irreverent comedy and shareable episodes built for the way tweens actually watch content, the series gave Walt Disney World a new voice and a new way to stay cool.

The campaign helped reframe Walt Disney World as a place that could laugh at itself and speak directly to a tougher audience. Across 35 original episodes, the Goat became a surprising cultural bridge, turning lesser-known park characters into a reason to watch, share and talk about Disney World again.
