Hong Kong Disneyland: Momentous

Momentous is Hong Kong Disneyland’s signature nighttime spectacular, designed to anchor the park’s emotional promise and create a reason to return. We were brought in to steward the creative platform, working alongside local agencies and internal teams to ensure the work stayed true to the Disney Parks brand while resonating culturally in market.

Built around “Live the Moment, Love the Memory,” the launch extended the experience beyond the castle walls, turning a nightly show into a shared cultural event across platforms and touchpoints. Our role was to protect the emotional core while guiding teams from platform development through execution.

Momentous became a cornerstone of Hong Kong Disneyland’s resurgence, helping drive attendance to 6.4M (+87% YoY) and revenue to HK$8.8B (+54%) within two years. More than a launch, it became a scalable platform that deepened affinity, increased guest spending and sustained repeat visitation.
